Vitamin salad with fennel

Cooking time: 10 minutes

We will need:

  • Mix "Active" - 1 pack.
  • Cucumber - 1/2 pc.
  • Radish - 1 pc.
  • Lime—1/2 pc.
  • Fennel - 1/2 pc.
  • Walnut - 20 g.
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Salt, ground black pepper to taste
  • Spices to taste

Recipe:
Grate the radish and cucumber into thin slices using a vegetable cutter.
Cut the fennel into thin slices and marinate it in lemon juice and olive oil for 30 minutes.
Put lettuce, cucumber, radish and fennel on a plate.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with walnuts.
